What Is Happening In Central Texas : Should I fix up my home before selling it?

Should I fix up my home before selling it?

Thinking about selling your home? Not sure if you need to do some touch ups or a whole new kitchen or bath?

Take a look a the picture below.  Many buyers area going to think how beautiful....and many are going to think it is ugly.  Style is totally personal.  Many sellers will put way way way too much money into upgrading a home that may or may not be to a buyer's taste.  Or over spend on that home for the current market!

If you would like an answer to the above question give us a call.  We would be happy to do a pre listing walk thru with you.  We are also happy to do a comparative market analysis on your home...without any further obligation.

A great question and one I highly recommend getting your realtor's opinion before you begin any work.  If you live in a home where the land is worth more than the house, than you might hold off on those touch ups.
